To honour our “Connect and Create slogan” we are proudly sharing the news of our New Joint Venture with the “The Healthy Food Development Company” – they are well known in UK and in Europe for being an innovator in health preserving nutrition, producing only healthy food ingredients, innovative market formulations for all industrial segment of food manufacturing.
Their mission is matching Hubble’s believes where we are both dedicated to acquaint and launch new, alternative food compositions which can offer healthy, replacer solutions for the disadvantages of civilization and for the harmful impacts of the modern lifestyle for all food & beverages manufacturers into the global European market and all over the world.
Through our joint venture “The Healthy Food Development Company” will step onto the GCC market starting in UAE under the umbrella of Hubble; allowing us to offer healthy and optimal substitute combination of unhealthy food ingredients for all food manufacturers and consumers not only with their healthy food components but also through their established brand SoDelishUs and our new health supporting brand Chrysalis.
We have been inspired by our new partners Reka Virag Kovacs and Balazs Lederer founders of the award winning Healthy Food Development Company and Visionaries of a healthier lifestyle therefore we decided; that after two years of activating and growing our “Hubble Social Hub” we are opening up our new division called “Hubble Lifestyle” saluting our new venture by creating a healthier community for people who are ready to eat themselves better.

Culinary Venture Bridging Communities and Cultures
Hubble began as an idea in 2019 between Richard Ernest, a British lawyer and entrepreneur, and Reka Halasz, a veteran of the Dubai F&B industry. Our first investment and incubation was a bakery concept created by three young Mexicans living in Dubai during the early days of the pandemic. We chose this concept because bakeries are the heart of their communities. We opened our first location, "The Beach Hangout," in December 2022 at West Beach, on the Palm in Dubai. Our second location, "The Healthy Hangout," followed in December 2023 in Central Park Towers, DIFC, Dubai. Also in 2023, we invested in a healthy food concept in the UK. With our partners and other home-grown concepts and brands, we have a Concept Portfolio of more than 10 brands, with exciting opportunities to rapidly expand across the GCC and the UK.
